At Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme, we aim to provide you with a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable holiday experience.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-In: You can check into your room starting at 3:00 PM.
• Check-Out: Please vacate your room by 12:00 PM.

Accommodation Conditions

• Guests under the age of 18 can only stay with their parents.
• Identification must be presented during check-in.

Parking and Valet Service

• Parking is free for our guests.
• Valet service is available for a fee.

Food and Beverage Policy

• Bringing food and beverages from outside is not allowed due to food safety reasons.

Pet Policy

• Dogs up to 7 kg are welcome at our hotel.
• Pets can only stay in the room and are not allowed in the beach or indoor areas.
• They are permitted on restaurant and bar terraces under supervision.
• A one-time cleaning fee of €100 is charged upon entry for pets.
• Kids Club
• Children aged 4–12 can join our club free of charge under the supervision of our professional team.
• Children under 4 are only accepted under parental supervision.
• Our Kids Club operates daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• At Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme, we are committed to ensuring the comfort of all our guests, including those with disabilities. Therefore, there are no weight or area restrictions for service dogs (guide or assistance dogs). Service dogs are permitted in all public areas of the hotel.

SPA and Wellness Area

Spa Usage

• We recommend making a reservation in advance to use spa services.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
• Treatment time will be shortened in case of late arrival, but there will be no change in the fee.
• You may enter the spa area in a robe and are advised to store valuables in the safe.

Pregnant Guests

• Special programs are available for pregnant guests. Detailed information can be obtained from our spa consultants.

Thermal Pool Usage

• Daily usage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Children under 12 cannot use the thermal pool. Children aged 12–16 can use it under parental supervision.
• Showering before entering the pool is mandatory, and only appropriate swimwear is allowed.

Fitness Center

Operating Hours

• Hotel guests can use our fitness area 24/7.
• Operating hours for non-accommodation guests are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Usage Rules

• Sportswear and clean sports shoes are mandatory.
• Please clean and return equipment to its place to maintain hygiene and order in the fitness area.
• Avoid making noise, long phone calls, and disruptive behavior.

Bellâ Tavola (Main Restaurant)

Offering Italian and Mediterranean cuisine:

• Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (some drinks included, Turkish coffee and special coffees are extra).
• Meal Service: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (all-day dining menu).
• Seating capacity: 110 indoors, 346 in the winter garden and terrace, totaling 456 seats.

Noida Sushi & Asian Cuisine Lounge

Discover unique flavors of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine:

• Operating Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Seating capacity: 50 indoors, 80 outdoors, totaling 130 seats.

Lobby Bar

Enjoy local and international drinks in a pleasant atmosphere:

• Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
• Seating capacity: 136 indoors, 69 outdoors, totaling 205 seats.

Beach Bar & Kitchen

Our bar serving the beach area:

• Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Meal Service: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Pool Bar

Enjoy your time by the pool:

• Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
• Meal Service: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

• We have rooms with different capacities for your special events and meetings.
