We have certain Spa rules in order to ensure that all our guests benefit from the Spa and our services equally and comfortably. We thank you in advance for your attention to these rules.
Alcoholic beverages are not served in the Spa. If you are under the influence of alcohol or any other recreational drugs, please do not use the Spa areas for your own health and safety.
As per our hygiene rules, we kindly request you to take a shower and wear your bathrobe and sleepers prior to your use of the Spa areas. Entry to the Spa areas with daily clothes is not allowed.
If you have a risk-posing health issue or any medical situation that may be triggered upon the use of the PUROVEL SPA areas, or any history of allergy and injury, please share this information with us.
The minimum age limit for Spa services is 16. We would like to remind you that our guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
THE SPA TERMS OF USE
APPOINTMENT
We kindly request you to contact our Spa receptionists in order for us to provide you with the most adequate services. Our receptionists would be glad to further inform you of our Spa activities and help you choose the most appropriate treatment or massage.
ARRIVAL
We recommend you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the time of your appointment to change, relax and make the most of our facilities. We would like to kindly inform you that if you run late for your appointment, the duration of your treatment will be reduced in order to accommodate the next booking and that you will still be charged the complete fee. Our hotel guests are allowed to come to the Spa in their robes. Please remember to leave your valuable items in the safe box.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
We are able to provide gift certificates for all our Spa services, products, and activities. Our receptionists will inform you of the services and products so that you may choose the most appropriate treatment or service. Our gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
HOME CARE
Many of the products used in our Spa can be purchased in order for you to continue your Spa experience at home. For more detailed information and other inquiries, please contact our receptionists.
PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers.

PRICES
All of the prices are presented in Euro and include VAT. The prices may change without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your Spa appointment(s), we kindly request you to inform us at least 5 hours before the time of the appointment. We would like to inform you that we charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made in less than 5 hours. Please be notified that no-shows will result in an entire service charge.
For group reservations (4 or more guests are regarded as a group), the cancellation notice should be offered 12 hours before the appointment time.
